Reservation Information

To make reservations, simply call 1-800-THE-LOAF (843-5623) and identify yourself as an attendee of the Maine Society of Orthopedics Surgeons' Conference. You can choose your accommodations at the conference rate from the Grand Summit Hotel, the Sugarloaf Inn or Sugartree Studios. If you need a unit(s) outside of this block, the reservation staff at Sugarloaf USA will be happy to place you in the appropriate accommodations where you can still benefit from the conference rate.

Childcare

Childcare is obtainable through personal arrangements with the Sugarloaf Gongola Village Childcare Center from ages 6 weeks to 6 years, both days and evenings. Activities nightly for ages 5 to 12 years old. Also a babysitter list is available. Reservations required: (207) 237 6804
